By accessing or using Clinic24, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Clinic24 provides software tools and related services designed to help clinics manage inbound communication, scheduling workflows, and AI-assisted front-desk operations.

Features may change over time as the service evolves.

Clinic24 uses an AI voice agent to answer, transfer, and respond to phone calls on behalf of your clinic. Callers may not always be speaking with a human, and the AI's responses are generated automatically based on the information, call flows, and instructions your clinic configures during setup.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-suggested greetings, call scripts, and booking behaviour before going live, and for confirming that your configuration complies with the laws applicable to your clinic and jurisdiction, including any requirement to disclose that a caller is speaking with an automated system.

Clinic24 may record, transcribe, and store call audio, call summaries, and booking details to provide the service, including for appointment scheduling, quality review, and customer support purposes.

Laws on recording phone calls and disclosing automated call handling vary by location. You are responsible for ensuring your clinic's use of call recording and AI call handling complies with applicable telecommunications, consent, and healthcare communication laws in the jurisdictions where you operate.

Clinic24 is an administrative tool for call handling, scheduling, and front-desk support. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing communicated by the AI voice agent should be treated as clinical guidance.

Your clinic remains solely responsible for all clinical decisions, patient care, and any communication that requires professional medical judgment.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

You are also responsible for ensuring your use of Clinic24 complies with applicable laws, professional obligations, and internal clinic policies.

You may not use Clinic24 to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the security or availability of the service, or submit malicious, misleading, or unauthorized content.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe use of the service creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Where Clinic24 offers a free trial, the trial length, included usage, and any limitations are shown at signup. No payment method is required to start a standard free trial, and the trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription unless you actively choose a paid plan.

We may modify or end free trial offers at any time and may limit eligibility to one free trial per clinic or organization.

Paid features may be subject to subscription pricing, usage limits, billing terms, or trial conditions displayed at the time of purchase or onboarding.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by Clinic24.

Clinic24 may connect with third-party services that you choose to integrate, such as calendar providers, telephony carriers, or payment processors. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms.

Clinic24 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services that your clinic connects to Clinic24.

Clinic24 and its associated software, branding, design, and content are owned by Clinic24 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service.

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, telephony carrier issues, or security events may affect availability from time to time.

Clinic24 is provided on an as-available basis except to the extent otherwise agreed in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clinic24 disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinic24 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue, data, profits, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

You may stop using Clinic24 at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, non-payment, misuse, or legal reasons.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
